With lyrics varying from English to French, Frenchy represents the French West Indies, so often forgotten on the Soca scenes.
Raised on the island of Guadeloupe, Frenchy grew up with the culture of carnival and developed a passion for Soca from Trinidad and Barbados, Bouyon from Dominica and more. Zouk and Biguine being the primary musical influence from Guadeloupe and Martinique, Frenchy showcases a new and fresh talent that unites the best of the Caribbean culture with a touch of French « je ne sais quoi. »Currently living in Miami, Florida, Frenchy is working on her album, scheduled to be released in 2011
